About docking station

A docking station is a device that allows you to connect your laptop to multiple external devices, such as monitors, keyboards, mice, speakers, printers, etc.

A docking station can enhance your productivity and convenience by giving you access to more ports and features than your laptop alone. There are different types of docking stations, depending on the connection standard, such as USB-A, USB-C, Thunderbolt 3, Thunderbolt 4, or USB4. Some docking stations also provide power delivery to charge your laptop while it is docked.
