Warranty Return

Warranty Period

Our products come with a 1-year warranty, effective from the date of shipment.

Coverage: The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not include damages resulting from improper use, unauthorized modifications, or other human factors.

Return And Exchange Conditions

Eligibility: Products must be within the warranty period and in their original condition, including all packaging and accessories. Return or exchange requests must be made within 1 month of discovering the issue.

Proof of Purchase: Please provide valid proof of purchase (such as order confirmation or invoice) when requesting a return or exchange.

Exclusions: Custom or specially processed products may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please confirm whether the product is returnable before purchasing.

Return And Exchange Process

Contact Your Sales Representative: Directly contact your sales representative from whom you made the purchase, providing the order number, product information, and reason for the return or exchange.

Obtain Return Authorization: Your sales representative will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.

Prepare the Product: Pack the product along with all original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase. Clearly mark the RMA number on the package.

Ship The Product: Send the product to the provided address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to confirm it meets return conditions. If approved, we will process the refund or exchange as requested.

Refunds And Exchanges

Refunds: Once return conditions are confirmed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 15-20 business days for the refund to be processed.

Exchanges: If you request an exchange, we will arrange to ship the replacement product after receiving and inspecting the original product.
