At 105 x 32 x 8 mm, this slim M.2 NVMe SSD enclosure has a flat, narrow shape that fits alongside a laptop and other accessories. The enclosure weighs 50 g, keeping the accessory itself light to carry between locations.

Connect the installed NVMe SSD to your computer through USB-C for working files, media libraries or backups. The USB 3.2 interface is rated up to 10Gbps, providing the stated connection capability for your external-storage build.
The host port and cable must also support a 10Gbps data connection to use the full USB interface capability.
Supported SSD sizes are M.2 2230, 2242, 2260 and 2280, with M-Key or B+M Key connectors on compatible PCIe NVMe drives. This allows you to select from four module lengths while keeping the same enclosure model.
The YSTC583G is designed for NVMe SSDs. It does not support M.2 SATA drives, even if a SATA drive has a similar B+M Key connector.
